Cheese, Peas and Chocolate Pudding
Growing up, I loved reading. Some of my favorite books were Matilda, James and the Giant Peach and the Princess Bride. However, recently I had a flashback to when I was about 7 years old, living in Marlow, England. The short story, Cheese, Peas and Chocolate Pudding was an all-time favorite of mine and for the last two decades I had forgotten it ever existed!!
After re-reading it now, it’s an incredibly deep and soul-changing tale 😉
But no, seriously, it probably helped open up my mind culinar-ily! Well done!
